Hunan`s Palace in Hot Springs

Hunan has always prepared my food perfectly. Delivery is usually very fast also.

The Cashew Chicken is not very good at all. I feel like I just wasted money. The Cashew Chicken at Wok Express is so much better and cheaper, too. I feel ripped off.

Hunan's is the best Chinese food in Hot Springs and has been for a long time. I would say that the portion size was not what it used to be IMO.

Have eaten here for years. Great food. Clean environment. Large servings. Friendly staff. Highly recommend them if you enjoy great Chinese food

Love this place! I've been here several times and it has been great everytime. Sweet and sour chicken is my go to order and my opinion is the best around! Great service and speed all the time!!

Waitress argued with us when we gave order. Tried to tell us what to order. Had to reorder drinks due to got them wrong. Food overpriced, and only mediocre, at 62.00 for two people. Won't return.

Nice server. Quick lunch. Definitely worth the price. Two people, two lunches, an egg roll on the side, a water and a sweet tea, was less than $20. So much food... Will definitely return.

I tried the Lo Mein noodles with beef, and a roll. It was delicious.

Hunan Palace was a good place for a nice quiet sit down lunch. Flavorful soup and an egg role was included. The mild snow peas and chicken was good. Brown rice was a available. The Yu H pork was not too spicy, nor was the cashew chicken. Our service was good. The price was great, $23 for 3 people. Quantity, quality and price make it a value winner.

Now the is Chinese cuisine and then there is Hunan Chinese. Simply the best if the best.

Loved IT! Hunan Palace Chinese Restaurant was recommended to me by a co-worker as the Chinese Restaurant to try. I have not been disappointed in my dining in experience or my take out order of General Tso's Chicken with extra broccoli and the spicy sauce on the side! Fantastic!Loved the chocolate dipped fortunate cookie!

Incredibly diverse menu! The hot & sour soup is superb. A perfect meal for the traveler passing thru! The staff was pleasant and courteous.

Good food and they make a chill sauce that's hot and out of this world YUUUUM YUUUUM. I like hot sauce and this one is Dang Good

We go here pretty often and the servers are always so friendly, especially to our toddler. I usually have the Szechuan tofu and veggies and it's consistently very good. My husband likes to try different things and has been happy with everything he has gotten so far.

I Love the food, I Love the Hunan Chicken! Veggies cooked perfectly, sauce has a great taste. The food is worth every cent. The Lady who takes orders on the phone is wonderful! A really A++

Best Chinese food in Hot Springs. If you like spicy try the Twice Cooked Pork. Yum 😛

This can be hit or miss somewhat. First time dining in it was amazing. 2nd time around we felt the waitress was not attentive. Food was better first time also.

Service was fine. Food was ehhh... the crackers were stale, I think the carrots were on the verge of going bad, and staff mostly had the mask thing down but still saw them being improperly worn

Food was great, I wish the drive thru was upgraded since the dining area is closed right now. You can pull up to the window but have to back up and park. When someone's behind you, it creates a traffic jam and I honestly didn't know how we were gonna get our food so we just called back up there and checked to see when itd be done and walked up to the window that time to get our food.

The food is great. But the delivery driver didn’t have correct change and implied that I should give him a 50% tip! He got a huge tip anyway, but 50%??? I won’t call them for delivery again.

The water fountain with fish, is the key attraction here for my daughter. The staff though are amazing and helpful. The food came out hot and delicious.

The lunch menu is really good. Lots of options. You get a lot of good food for a decent price.

The service was good, the food was excellent, and the choices there are unbelievable. They changed our order to add more vegetables to what we ordered, and no charge for the additional vegetables, and we would definitely go there again. All in all a Happy experience.

Love the food here, but never order delivery. Took them over an hour to deliver to a house 10 minutes away. Regardless, order C14: House Special Pan Fried Noodle...always awesome.

In the past I have ordered their food and had it delivered to where I worked, but we decided to dine in tonight. We got there a little after 8:40. They close at 9:30. We had friends on their way and they arrived right at 9. They were told they couldn’t order for dine in only for to go. Our waitress was very rude about it. Any other restaurant would’ve gladly taken the business. We both ordered sesame chicken and in the past when I’d had it it was very good. Well this looked like they took the chicken they use for sweet and sour chicken and covered it in sesame sauce and called it good. Super unprofessional on their part and we were very dissatisfied and disappointed in our meal and with the service.

Worked there and the last day worked the owner mrs qing after i had worked bout 6 tables of my own helped me because im new decided to split the tips in half which i should have gotten more tips because of the first 6 tables i did by myself took more than she should have im sorry but thats wrong when yr a server u work hard gest like anyone else to make those so she upon herself to take what i earned she is not a gd boss or someone i would recomend not to work for sorry

Lots of food for the price. Nice atmosphere. Can take a party here and carry on a conversation or has a nice cozy couple. The lights are bright so would not say romantic but nice decorations inside. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Had plenty to eat and leftovers for a meal later.

Food was delicious will definitely be back.

Food was good but I guess because of Covid we were wanting Chinese buffet which it was not kind of pricey actually they don’t understand you very well when you want to go drink the waitress was not very attentive to our refills

Just lost my business..I drive a hour to get here and look forward to it...I loved this place..The waitress with pink hair kept purposely getting my sauce wrong..Ive always ordered the same thing. Every time I have been while she is working part of my order is wrong..Feeling angry and sad..

I have ordered from here for years it's always been very convenient and close to my place of employment. Today I was hung up on by the "management" member of the store due to deciding that I didn't want to pay an inflated price for delivery charges, seeing as it's never been this high priced before. As a person who works in guest services I cannot understand why that would be the initial reaction to just hang up on a customer? I wasn't even able to make the choice to carry out because the conversation was ended so abruptly. I'm very disappointed in the way this business conducted themselves today and urge them to make better choices when interacting with customers in the future.

Our food was cooked to perfection. Absolutely loved every bite. Only complaint was how long the wait was with our to go order. The place was packed and it took forever but it was worth the wait.

The family and I ordered from Hunan Palace and all of us came up sick through the night after eating! Shrimp tasted funny and so did the pork, we decided to throw it away, then through the night everyone was sick!!!!! I give them no stars but I have to give one just to post this!

Okay fried rice. I like the combination of all the meats and the flavor. The price is a little high though.

I work for a food delivery service in the area and watched this merchant resale food that had been returned by a customer. Avoid eating here.

This is the only place when my family comes to town that we ALL agree upon. It's a fantastic place to dine-in, take-out or delivery! Just say yes!

I picked up food for a delivery to a house by Lakeside School. She handed me a stapled bag so I had no way to identify what was inside. As I am pulling up to deliver the food she calls to tell me I took the wrong bag. I drive completely back across town and she starts raising her voice at me saying I should have checked the bag. She offers no apology for the time and gas I wasted for her mistake. She takes the wrong order back but tells me i can keep the wrong drink. I will never accept another delivery from Hunan Palace. I can see from the previous reviews she has a bad attitude and will never have my business.
